Include the date, time, and preferred location request in your email. If you are a student organization, then the individual making the request must be the room scheduling contact you provided when you registered for Engineering Affiliation. If you have not applied for Engineering Affiliation, you will not be able to reserve a room. - Reserving the Duderstadt Connector: All requests can be sent via this online form: https://www.dc.umich.edu/forms/public-area-reservation. If you would like to reserve a conference room in the Duderstadt, please email [email protected].
- Outdoor Commons Scheduling: Policies and procedures for reserving Central Campus Diag and North Campus Commons are administered through the Center for Campus Involvement.
